Shipping Policy

We do not offer shipping of our potted seedlings - all purchases are picked up from our nursery. This is to ensure we can control the quality and condition of the seedlings when you receive them.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds: There is a 25% restocking fee for all canceled orders. We do not offer refunds once order has been picked up.

 

Exchange: Our goal is to only sell you the best healthy seedlings we can offer. If you believe you have received any that don't meet this standard, we would like to know. Please notify us within three days of receipt, and if it is determined there was an issue with the seedlings you received we will provide replacement seedlings at no additional cost.
